During our site evaluation, one of the first things we are going to look at is your current drainage situation. It would be a waste of money to install a beautiful hardscape that fails down the road due to poor water drainage planning, therefore we do everything we can to prevent that. As a full-service company, we provide a drainage plan along with the installation for every hardscape we construct.
Next, we will ask a variety of questions to determine the most important features you are wanting out of your hardscape. Are you looking for an entertainment area, cooking space, additional garden beds, erosion control, etc? Do you have kids and pets?
Depending on the size of your project, our designer will remain on site for approximately 30-90 minutes after meeting with you to measure out the property and take pictures. Our team of experts will have a full design and quote breakdown put together for your project within 1-2 weeks. Typically, plans are hand drawn to scale, however computerized 3-D models are available at an additional cost per request. We encourage an additional meeting to go over the hardscape design to finalize style, size, and material to ensure we are giving you exactly what you want.
